Refund policy
Returns
We do not currently offer refunds as our clothing is made to order. However, A.E.A. Apparel will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty design, etc.). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.
If for any reason there is a defect in our product, the customer has approximately 14 calendar days from date of receipt to notify us of the defect at sales@aea-apparel.com

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide an exchange of merchandise for the item returned.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen or wanting to change color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing measurements or contact us via email if you're unsure before purchasing.
If an item is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address provided or a change in address before the order was shipped, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please be sure that your mailing address is correct before processing your order. We will only send to the address that is provided during order processing.
Order Cancellation
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
